Your new role

As the Site Manager, you will take the helm to ensure seamless execution of the project while upholding the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage site operations from groundworks to handover on commercial building projects.
• Plan and execute short-term programs to meet key construction milestones.
• Lead Site Supervisors and Leading Hands to drive team performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Enforce WHS standards and maintain a safe, compliant worksite.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure clear communication and strong relationships

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant trade qualifications or a Diploma in Building and Construction (Cert IV or higher)
• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects valued at $10M+
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Project) to streamline site operations
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders
