This is a pivotal executive role within CRCS — a respected community organisation creating inclusive, connected communities across the Capital Region.
As Executive Manager, Business and Infrastructure, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and Board to shape the organisation’s financial sustainability and operational strength. You’ll oversee finance, IT, facilities, and business services, leading a capable and collaborative team that shares your commitment to delivering real social impact.

About You
You’re a seasoned financial and operational leader, perhaps a CFO, Head of Corporate Services, or COO and are ready to bring your expertise to an organisation where purpose and community are the key drivers.
You’ll bring:
CPA/CA qualifications and a background in finance, business, or infrastructure leadership.
Experience leading business operations in complex or regulated environments (aged care, education, health, or community services advantageous).
A collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style that builds capability and trust.
Strategic thinking, strong governance understanding, and comfort operating in a complex and often ambiguous sector!
