As Executive Manager, Business and Infrastructure, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and Board to shape the organisation’s financial sustainability and operational strength. About You

You’re a seasoned financial and operational leader, perhaps a CFO, Head of Corporate Services, or COO and are ready to bring your expertise to an organisation where purpose and community are the key drivers.

You’ll bring:

CPA/CA qualifications and a background in finance, business, or infrastructure leadership.

Experience leading business operations in complex or regulated environments (aged care, education, health, or community services advantageous).

A collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style that builds capability and trust.

Strategic thinking, strong governance understanding, and comfort operating in a complex and often ambiguous sector!
