Join the team at Elysia Wellness Retreat, part of the globally recognised Minor Hotels group. We’re looking for enthusiastic Activities Officers to inspire and guide our guests through a range of fitness classes and wellbeing activities in a truly stunning Hunter Valley setting.

About the Role
As an Activities Officer, you’ll play an essential role in delivering a holistic wellness experience for our guests. You’ll lead group fitness sessions, host personal training appointments, and create tailored programs that cater to a variety of fitness levels.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading engaging group fitness classes including aqua aerobics, strength, and stretch/yoga sessions

Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions

Designing personalised fitness programs for guests of all ages and abilities

Interacting with guests during meal times and activities

Guiding scenic walks around the retreat

About You
You’re passionate about health, movement, and helping others reach their wellness goals. You thrive in a calm, guest-focused environment and bring professionalism, positivity, and care to everything you do.

What you’ll bring:

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (essential)

Current First Aid certification (essential)

Experience leading group fitness classes

Ability to adapt sessions for all fitness levels and physical abilities

Boxing qualifications (highly regarded)

Availability Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
