What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a passionate team of coaches, creating an environment where kids love to play and parents love to stay.

Build strong, lasting connections with families and become the face of the club.

Oversee day-to-day operations, manage class schedules, events, and ensure smooth delivery of programs.

Embody MyFirstGym’s values and champion our mission in every interaction. Drive enrolments, retention, and performance through excellent leadership and member experiences.

Mandatory Requirement

The Club Manager must possess a current Working with Children’s Clearance as required by State and Territory regulations. The Club Manager must possess a current First Aid Certificate.
