Leads from in office established sales agents in the market & referral partners

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Convert inbound leads from digital platforms, referrals and internal networks.

Build and maintained trusted connections with landlords, existing and new.

Deliver rental appraisals and confidently present property management solutions tailored to client needs.

Managed the full onboarding process from signed agreement through to a smooth handover with the property management team.

Actively sourced new business through local outreach, prospecting, and building strong community relationships.

Skills and Experience Required:

A current QLD Certificate of Registration

Current drivers license & reliable car

Punctuality & honesty

Experience preferred but not required
