What is the role?:

This is a management role like no other. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and empower your team, manage key business functions, and shape a customer-first culture. It requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a genuine passion for supporting and motivating a team.

What are the key responsibilities of the role?

Become a "Buys and Loans" expert, as this is the heart of our business

Support the Store Manager in leading a team of 5-10 people across Loans, Buying, Retail (both Floor and Online), and Stock Control

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Negotiate with customers to create win-win Loan/Sales outcomes

Manage revenue and profitability in line with budget forecasts

Champion our Customer Culture, ensuring empathy, trust, and commitment in all interactions

Develop your team to achieve peak performance

Show strong ambition and drive to grow with the company

What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate will bring a combination of leadership experience and a passion for customer service. You’ll have:

Proven leadership experience in a similar environment (e.g., Retail, Hospitality, Car Sales)

The ability to analyze business metrics and adapt strategies for success

A proactive, energetic, and self-motivated approach

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different situations

A knowledge of electronics, phones, laptops, gaming consoles, stereos, or jewellery (advantageous)

Hours:

This is a full-time role with a commitment to work 2-3 out of every 4 weekends.

Additional Requirements:

Police clearance certificate required for successful candidates.
