Sales Representative – Hire Industry (Melbourne & Surrounds)

Our Melbourne operation is well established, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to strengthen our presence, deepen existing relationships, and continue driving growth across the region.

This role is ideal for someone from the hire or industrial sales industry who enjoys being out in the field, engaging with customers, and representing a respected, high-performing brand.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and growing an established customer base while identifying new opportunities within the construction, industrial, and restoration markets.

Working closely with our operations and service teams, you’ll ensure customers receive exceptional support from first contact through to project delivery. This role offers a strong mix of relationship management, technical understanding, and strategic sales development.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary representative of our brand across Melbourne and regional Victoria

Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular site visits and communication

Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries

Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and project enquiries

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Provide customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the hire, industrial, or construction sector

Strong relationship-building and account management skills

A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Current and valid driver’s licence

Willingness to travel across Melbourne and regional Victoria as required

A team player who takes pride in representing a global brand with local expertise
