The Movement Clinic Sydney is a modern, purpose-built physiotherapy and rehabilitation practice located in the vibrant Elara Shopping Village, Marsden Park.
Since opening in 2022, we’ve grown rapidly by focusing on high-quality care, strong community relationships, and constant improvement.
Our clinic includes three private treatment rooms, a fully equipped 55m² rehab gym, and a welcoming reception area. We’re part of a medical hub alongside GP’s, Radiology, Dentistry, and other allied health providers — creating an integrated space where patient care and collaboration come first.

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and personable Senior Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to manage the front desk and support our team.
This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems independently, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly.
You’ll be the first friendly face our patients see and a key part of ensuring their experience with us is seamless from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the clinic diary, bookings, and patient communications
Welcome patients and handle front-desk enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
Process payments, invoices, and daily reconciliation (HICAPS & EFTPOS)
Follow up on outstanding payments and accounts where required
Liaise with referrers and support external programs (e.g. Diabetes NSW)
Maintain stock, reception presentation, and general office supplies
Support content creation for social media and community initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and workflows
Work closely with the Clinic Manager to keep the clinic organised and thriving
Take ownership of your role — not just complete tasks, but actively look for ways to make things better
About You
2+ years in a customer-facing or medical reception role (preferred)
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Office 365)
Experience with HICAPS, Gensolve, or WordPress is a plus
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional phone manner and a “can-do” attitude
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

What We Offer
$52,500 – $62,500 base salary, depending on experience and attitude
Weekly 1:1 coaching with our Clinic Manager for support and direction
Fortnightly business development sessions with our Director
· Professional Development Support – $500 yearly allowance, with 50% reimbursement for approved external courses, workshops, or certifications that help you grow professionally.
Sales Incentives:
$50 bonus for every Gaitscan orthotic referred to a practitioner
10% commission on in-clinic product sales
