Join a Compassionate and Professional Team Supporting NDIS & Aged Care Clients
At Sentinel Community Services, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to live independently, with dignity and quality care. We provide personalised NDIS and aged care services tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
We’re looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and a key point of contact for clients, families, and staff.
About the Role
This is more than just answering phones – you'll play a crucial role in creating a supportive, friendly, and efficient front office environment. You’ll be the first impression for our clients and other stakeholders, so a welcoming, caring attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails, including logging all calls
Schedule appointments for clients and managing calendars for senior managers
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Assist with general administration tasks and support the broader team
Ensure the reception area and office spaces are tidy, safe, and presentable.
Set Up meeting room when required
Support the coordination of NDIS and aged care service enquiries
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, empathetic, and passionate about helping others
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable dealing with people from diverse backgrounds, including people with disability and the elderly
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
