We are searching for a candidate that has experience in Real Estate to step into this Assistant Property Manager role, with full ongoing training and support provided! Must have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate.

Our client, a well-respected Real Estate agency situated in the Brisbane northern suburbs are looking for a Assistant Property Manager to work alongside a well looked after portfolio and with an experienced team of professionals.

Along with providing a high level of service to their prestige clients, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within Real Estate.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Supportive team of experienced property managers
• Assist with leasing, inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements
• Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
• Any adhoc administration duties (as requested).

About you:

• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
• Customer-first approach, focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks on the go
• Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical ability to learn new systems quickly
• Flexibility to work Saturdays
• Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence valid
• QLD Real Estate registration essential
