The Role:

• Support a Senior Property Manager with out of office tasks
• Assist with tenant and landlord communications, inspections, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination
• Ensure accurate and timely uploading of property, tenant and lease information into the system and maintain database integrity
• Work proactively to help ensure properties are managed to maximise owner satisfaction and investor returns
• Be part of a high-performing team with a strong service-focus and commitment to quality outcomes

The Candidate:

• Must have 6+ months’ experience working in residential property management
• Hold a current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
• Are organised, reliable and excellent with communication (written & verbal)
• Can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, and keep systems accurate and up to date
• Are keen to support a team and grow your career in property management
