The Role:

We’re seeking a Property Manager for a portfolio across the Logan/Ipswich area You’ll manage your own portfolio with full support, no BDM work, and no weekends — Monday to Friday only. Handle everything from inspections to maintenance while enjoying a healthy work-life balance. Salary is $70,000 plus $10,000 KPI's.

Responsibilities:

Manage portfolio end-to-end

Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders

Stay engaged with regular training and team meetings

Requirements:

Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate & Driver’s License

Great attitude, communication skills, and team spirit

Property Me experience is a bonus, not essential
