Major duties and responsibilities
Coordinate and track all post-sale activities from order confirmation to installation completion
Liaise between sales team, delivery partners, and installation crews
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to both sales team and customers
Manage installation scheduling and coordinate with relevant teams
Maintain accurate records of all after-sales activities in our CRM system
Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure all service delivery meets the client`s high standards
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or project coordination role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
Key Skills Required
Demonstrated experience in customer service or project coordination
Superior organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent time management capabilities
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good computer literacy skills
Professional presentation and communication skills
