Explore Property Atherton Tablelands is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a minimum of 3 years’ property management experience to manage and grow their own portfolio of around 50 residential properties in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Competitive salary package of $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service for landlords and tenants

Act as the primary contact for your clients, building and maintaining strong relationships

Conduct routine inspections, manage arrears, and coordinate property maintenance

Handle tenancy renewals, rental reviews, and attend tribunal hearings as required

Implement strategies to grow your portfolio and contribute to overall team success

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in property management with a proven ability to manage a portfolio independently

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities

Autonomy: Ability to manage your time and workload independently while supporting the team’s objectives

License: Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License, and a valid driver’s license
