Ray White Broome & Derby are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Property Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on winning business, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a high-performing team. This position is located in the Broome office and no prior real estate experience is required, but is preferred. We offer mentorship and training throughout the role.

Open to part-time or full-time for the right candidate.

About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager and PM Team Leader, you will be responsible for growing our property management portfolio across Broome and Derby. Success in this role will require excellent organisation, attention to detail, and strong relationship-building skills to ensure every new client enjoys a seamless and personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities

Hold a current Property Management Real Estate Licence, or be willing to obtain and complete within 2 months of joining the team

Manage all new business enquiries and appraisals promptly

Enter and maintain accurate records in Vault, with weekly follow-up on appraisals

Sign up new Management Authorities and prepare detailed handover packs for Property Managers

Ensure all new management properties meet compliance and leasing standards, liaising with owners as required

Provide accurate and realistic CMAs and appraisal ranges in line with current market conditions

Represent the business at local networking events to grow connections and build the database

About You - Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Property Management (real estate experience desirable, but not essential)

Excellent customer service and confident phone manner

High-performing with ambition to succeed

Open and receptive to professional development

Positive mindset that embraces our team culture

Current driver’s licence
