Position: Partnerships & Growth Associate

Term: 12-month contract, Full time

Experience: 1–3 years in partnerships, business development, or marketing within biotech, healthcare, or life sciences. Experience engaging with pharma, clinicians, or research organizations is highly desirable.

Salary: $70,000 to $95,000 (based on experience) + 12% superannuation + benefits (see below)

Location: Flexible (Remote and on-site in Notting Hill)

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Partnerships & Growth Associate to help expand our network of collaborators, customers, and advocates. This role combines elements of scientific partnerships, commercial development, and brand strategy. It suits someone who enjoys connecting people and ideas to drive scientific progress.

You will work closely with the CEO and senior team to engage industry partners, clinicians, and academic leaders while exploring new ways to increase brand awareness and adoption of our technologies.

About You

Relationship builder: You are energised by conversations, skilled at building trust, and comfortable engaging clinicians, researchers, and industry leaders.

Strategic matchmaker: You can identify alignment between organizations and turn discussions into collaborations that create impact.

Communicator: You write and speak clearly, translating complex ideas into messages that resonate with partners and customers.

Creative growth thinker: You are curious about how biotech brands grow and enjoy testing new outreach, content, and engagement strategies.

What You Will Be Spending Your Time On

1. Strategic and Commercial Partnerships (about 40%)

Identify and engage potential pharma, biotech, and industry partners.

Support partnership discussions, including research collaborations and co-development opportunities.

Prepare decks, briefs, and materials for partner meetings and conferences.

2. Customer and Clinician Relationships (about 40%)

Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, academics, and KOLs as early customers and advocates.

Coordinate outreach, demonstrations, and waitlist engagement for our products.

Gather and summarize customer insights to guide product positioning and strategy.

3. Growth and Brand Development (about 20%)

Experiment with growth strategies that raise Diag-Nose.io's visibility across digital, academic, and industry channels.

Collaborate on content such as thought leadership articles, case studies, and event campaigns.

Track engagement metrics and report on partnership and brand performance.

In Your First 6 Weeks You Will Have

Gained a strong understanding of our mission, technology, and key partner landscape.

Initiated contact with your first set of clinicians and collaborators.

Supported the launch of at least one new partnership or campaign.

Contributed to refining our outreach materials and strategy.
