About the Role
As an Associate / Senior Associate, you'll work across the full spectrum of employment law matters, including:

• Advisory work: unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts, and termination
• Litigation: industrial action, dispute resolution, and employment-related claims
• Workplace compliance: WHS, governance, policy development, and training
• Executive remuneration: incentive schemes and strategic advisory
• Enterprise bargaining and industrial relations

You'll have direct access to all Partners in this market-leading practice and work closely with a diverse client base across sectors. The role offers genuine career progression, exposure to complex matters, and the chance to build your profile in a nationally recognised team.

About You
We're seeking a lawyer with:

• 5+ years' post-admission experience in employment law
• Strong technical expertise and drafting skills
• A proactive, inquisitive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
• Experience advising from an employer perspective (highly desirable)
