We're expanding our team! Due to growing demand, Blackboard Varsity Lakes is looking for an experienced barista to add to our team.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a high-volume cafe setting.

Experience leading a team.

Deep knowledge of coffee, including brewing techniques, latte art, and equipment handling..

Familiarity with our cafe and what we offer (hint: we love passionate baristas who know our style!).

About the Role: You’ll need to be ready for an immediate start. As part of the interview process, a 1-hour trial will be conducted where you'll demonstrate your skills in espresso extraction and milk texturing on our equipment.

The position is for 4-5 days per week..
