Dynamic Hydro Excavations has a very unique opportunity for an experienced and personable Mobile Barista to join our team on a casual, totally flexible basis.

We operate a FREE coffee van that services our clients in the building and construction industry - which means:

✅ No payments to handle

✅ No sales targets

✅ No weekends

We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the van and really make it their own. You’ll work alongside our sales team to plan daily routes and deliver great coffee and even better vibes to our clients on-site, so construction knowledge is super advantageous but not required :)

What the role involves:

Serving quality coffee and cold drinks from our mobile van

Providing friendly service to our clients.

Coordinating daily runs with our sales team

Bringing personality and pride to the role

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional barista

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and the ability to prepare high-quality beverages

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A valid MANUAL driver's licence
