Barista

Elixir Coffee Roasters are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a Barista role at our HQ Cafe/Roastery.

We pride ourselves on an exceptional, educated and memorable coffee and food experience for our customers.

To be considered for the role you will have a positive can-do attitude and the ability to demonstrate the following is essential.

Attention to detail in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Available to work between Monday to Saturday roster (Saturday availability compulsory)

High levels of energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team

Polished Latte art skills

Ability to multitask and perform other roles/duties to help your team (floor and counter duties)
