Role Overview:
As a Rug & Blind Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a varied role that combines rug washing, delivery driving, customer service, and support for our blind cleaning services. If you enjoy a mix of physical work, customer interaction, and hands-on problem solving, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, clean, and prepare rugs and blinds using professional equipment and techniques

Deliver and collect items safely and on time

Assist customers in-person and over the phone with enquiries, bookings, and service updates

Support our blind cleaning operations as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment

Skills & Attributes:

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Good communication and customer service skills

Strong problem-solving ability with a desire to learn and grow continually

Ability to be able to work independently without supervision, and as part of a cohesive team

Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving rugs/blinds

Able to drive a delivery vehicle (valid driver’s license and good driving record required)

Flexible and willing to learn across different aspects of the business

Experience isn't required, just a can do attitude and openness to learn new skills.
