At Ability Advocates, quality is about safeguarding dignity and driving impact. As our Quality, Risk & Capability Lead, you'll lead compliance, continuous improvement, and workforce capability - ensuring our services meet the highest standards of safety, integrity, and inclusion.

What You'll Do:

Maintain policies, procedures, and risk registers

Lead audit preparation and incident management

Coordinate staff training and onboarding compliance

Ensure client onboarding meets quality and safeguarding requirements

Monitor feedback and integrate into improvement plans

Oversee WHS coordination and reporting

Support legal documentation and service agreement compliance

Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on governance and capability

What You Bring:

Experience in quality, compliance, or governance (NDIS or community services preferred)

Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding frameworks

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

A passion for ethical service delivery and continuous improvement
