The Role
We’re looking for a confident, proactive Lead Administrator to help us scale Brightside’s impact and client experience.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead a small team of admin legends focused on delivering a 10/10 client experience.
Organise our clinic operations — diary management, team support, and workflow coordination.
Create clear systems and processes that keep the team running at its best.
Coordinate our marketing and communications with the Brightside community.
Connect with clients to help them feel supported every step of the way.
This is a part-time role (approx. 0.6 FTE) with potential to grow as we do.
Start date: late 2025/early 2026.
Package: above-award rate + super.
Essential Skills
Consistently optimistic and caring attitude
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
Detail-oriented and reliable
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner and natural problem-solver
Able to juggle multiple priorities with grace and efficiency
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools, Xero, or email automation
Marketing or communications experience in a small business
Leadership experience
