Artisans of Barossa is owned and operated by 7 small batch, family owned wine producers in the heart of the Barossa Valley. As Venue Manager you will take the lead in overseeing day to day operations, and inspiring your team of career hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Manage daily venue operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Team Development: Lead, train and motivate a passionate and experienced team.

Financial Management: Collaborate with management to achieve revenue and profitability targets through smart cost control and planning.

Events & Promotions: Deliver events & functions in collaboration with our Events Manager.

Marketing & Community Engagement: Partner with the wider marketing team to grow brand awareness and build lasting local connections.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine processes and elevate the overall offering.

About You

Proven experience in a hospitality management role

Experience in creating and implementing systems to increase efficiencies

Demonstrated business acumen and achievement of KPIs

Passion for creating memorable guest experiences

A hands-on approach and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality

Experience maintaining POS, booking and Ecommerce systems
