Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small customer service team, setting clear standards and leading by example.
• Manage and follow up on internal enquiries, preparing and issuing accurate quotes in a timely manner.
• Keep customers informed throughout the shipment process, providing updates on tracking, potential delays, and proactive solutions.
• Coordinate and process bookings, ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee and assist with customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Manager within freight forwarding, transport, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of quoting processes and proficiency across Microsoft Office programs.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong client and internal relationships.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
