About the role:
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative restaurant team, and supported by our venue operations team, Farmers Daughters is looking for someone to join our team and help us take our already successful business to the next level.

The key responsibility of this role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, with a focus on developing the team, staff training and exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for rostering, shift management and service as well as customer satisfaction and sales.

You will be required to work a flexible and rotating roster across a 7-day week of operation, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About you:
This is the perfect role for someone who will relish an opportunity to build their team within a respectful work environment. Who maintains high standards and is driven by the success of both yourself and others.

You have a vibrant personality, are professional and always well-presented, with demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role with fine dining, or similar exposure.

You will have exemplary people management skills, clear and concise communication and a sound understanding of OHS and WHS regulations. You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a strong customer focus and sales orientation.

Renascence Group are a growing restaurant group with four restaurants in Melbourne and one in Sydney.

Farmer's Daughters is a multi-level restaurant in the Melbourne CBD offering farm to table dining with a focus on Gippsland produce and sustainability.

Each level offers a slightly different experience from casual and semi-formal dining to a rooftop wine bar, focusing predominantly on Gippsland wines and full dining.

Wine House our wine bar around the corner acts as Gippsland's city cellar door and follows the same ethos but in a more casual setting.
