Our client, a globally recognised leader in industrial solutions, is seeking a driven and customer focused After Sales Territory Representative to join their Power Technique Service division. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a premium brand known for its innovative mobile compressors, pumps, light towers, and generators.

Based in Brisbane or Perth, this pivotal role will see you managing a defined territory, driving after sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base. You’ll be the key liaison between the business and its clients, ensuring operational needs are met with timely, effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic aftersales plans aligned with business and customer goals

Collaborate with service teams to deliver seamless support and enhance customer satisfaction

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities

Prepare tailored proposals and quotations using established pricing models

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities via CRM systems

Work cross-functionally to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in aftersales, service, or territory/account management

Trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Plant or similar (essential)

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

Proven commercial acumen and sales success

Experience in compressed air or dewatering pump industries (highly regarded)

Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools

Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within the territory
