Your new role
You'll be stepping into a varied and autonomous position where your mechanical and admin skills will be put to good use. Key duties include:

• Preparing job cards and managing workflow
• Fault diagnosis (basic to intermediate)
• Parts ordering and inventory management
• Servicing and fixing vehicles in the workshop
• Completing Quality Assurance checks
• Customer service and front-of-house interaction
• General administration and workshop coordination
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years' experience in a mechanical or auto technician role
• Exposure to Repco systems (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn or be trained
• Willing to relocate to Collinsville or already be a local
