ProGlow Electrics is seeking an experienced and detail electrical estimator who thrives in a structured, systems-based role. This is not a junior role. You will be the key person responsible for accurate SimPRO quoting, plan markups, and procurement across all active and upcoming projects.

You'll work closely with the Director from our Burwood office to ensure every job is fully quoted, fully marked up, and fully stocked before the first cable hits site.

Your Core Responsibilities

· Accurately quote projects in SimPRO using itemised templates

· Perform plan take-offs and markups using Groundplan

· Maintain pricing templates and supplier databases

· Forecast and coordinate material orders to ensure 100% readiness

· Review builder POs to ensure correct pricing and margin

· Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing and availability

· Provide reports on quoting accuracy, ordering, and GP performance

We're looking for someone who:

· Has 5+ years experience in electrical estimating

· Must have residential electrical estimating experience as this role focuses exclusively on premium new home builds

· Is fast, accurate, and confident in SimPRO

· Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in SimPRO software with ability to work independently without training

· Can independently manage quoting & procurement with minimal follow-up

· Understands construction timelines and supplier coordination

· Has strong attention to detail and thrives in quiet, structured work

· Is highly competent with Excel, Groundplan, and PDF markup tools
