About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Building Approvals Coordinator to manage the end-to-end certification process for our residential projects. You'll be the key liaison between clients, consultants, certifiers, and internal teams—ensuring all documentation required for Building Approval (BA) and Final Certification is complete, compliant, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare BA submission documentation
• Liaise with clients, certifiers, councils, and consultants
• Track approvals, inspections, and final certifications
• Ensure compliance with NCC, BCA and Local Council requirements
• Communicate progress updates to clients and management

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in building or certification coordination
• Strong knowledge of the building approval process (Class 1a)
• Excellent attention to detail and document control skills
• Confident communicator and organiser
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Building & Construction, Building Surveying or equivalent desirable

Salary & Benefits
