DUTIES

• Assess and approve residential building applications in line with QLD legislation
• Deliver accurate and efficient building certification services to clients
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and quality service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist with occasional commercial approvals (if experienced)

ABOUT YOU

• Licensed in QLD as a Building Certifier (Level 2/3 preferred or equivalent working experience)
• 1–3 years’ experience as a certifier
• Proficiency in residential approvals essential; commercial experience advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused
