TBZ LEYTE HOLDINGS PTY LTD is seeking a Diploma Qualified Room leader for their small country centre Wagin Huggle Bears Day care, we are licensed for 19 children and open from 8am to 5pm.

Must hold

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Valid Working with Children check

Child Care First Aid Certificate

Have Previous experience in a leadership role

Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Education and Care Services National Law (2010), and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), Family Assistance Law (Child Care Subsidy 2018).

Be responsible for management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room, including providing leadership and support to educators and staff within your team in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
In collaboration with the Educational Leader assist with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children
In the absence of the Director/Nominated Supervisor undertake responsibilities as per the Responsible Person policy and procedure for the day-to-day management of the Service
