We’re looking for an Administration Officer (Engagement Support Officer) to join our team on a full time permanent basis (76 hours per fortnight) and be the first point of contact for our participants. This role is perfect for an administration professional who is compassionate and organised, possesses great phone manners and problem-solving skills, and confident in handling a variety of participant interactions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide high-quality service and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor and manage incoming calls using a telephone system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Accurately enter and manage data across various software platforms.
- Prioritise tasks and maintain up-to-date documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Solve problems efficiently while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Support incoming enquiries with empathy, positivity, and professionalism.
