Just Financial is a boutique financial planning firm specialising in wealth creation, superannuation, risk protection, retirement planning and taxation planning.

An outstanding opportunity is available for a client services professional to work in a dynamic office based in West Perth. The role is high pace and the candidate must be able to deal with setting and meeting deadlines.

Role Responsibilities:

· Managing Client records and data entry in our CRM system (xplan)

· Preparing and maintaining client records, files and correspondence.

· On boarding clients, implementation of advice and ongoing service to clients.

· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

· Ensuring client data and privacy is maintained

· Liaising with investment platforms and life insurance providers.

· Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm in our West Perth Office. Flexibility around school hours etc is available for the right candidate.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and thrives in a team environment. Ideally, you will have:

· Strong organisational and time-management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Experience in an office or administration role (financial services experience highly regarded but not essential)

· A willingness to learn and grow with our business
