Randstad Recruitment has partnered a company with workshops in the Sunshine Coast. They are currently looking for a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join their team.

Do you want to work in a friendly workshop close to the beach?

Join this workshop specializing in the service, repair, and maintenance of commercial vehicles, with a primary focus on the Isuzu truck range.

Responsibilities:

• Performing fault diagnosis and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on all models of Isuzu trucks.
• Conducting scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Performing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and road-worthiness inspections as required.
• Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Trade Qualifications: trade qualification in heavy vehicle technology, engineering, mobile plant or similar
• 1+ year of experience as a heavy vehicle mechanic
• HR Licence is highly desirable
• Experience with trucks is highly desirable
