About the Role:
We’re looking for a People Services Systems Administrator to support our clients HR and Payroll functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent HR graduate or someone early in their HR career to gain exposure across a wide range of HR duties. You’ll be the go-to person for the UKG HRIS system, supporting the Payroll Manager with weekly payroll processing and handling key inboxes including:
• Payroll inbox
• Career inbox
• Customer service inbox

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer workflows and actions in UKG
• Provide support for payroll processing
• Respond to employee queries via inboxes
• Assist with general HR administration
• Collaborate with People & Culture team on projects

About You:
• A self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a customer service mindset
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Keen to explore different areas of HR to shape your career path
• Previous work experience in retail or hospitality sector will be highly regarded
• Salesforce or UKG experience a bonus!
