About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery and management of TMR infrastructure projects.

This dual position combines both project management and contract administration functions, making it ideal for a well-rounded professional who can manage delivery performance while ensuring full compliance with TMR’s contractual and governance requirements.

Perform functions as both Project Manager and Contract Administrator for assigned TMR projects.

Oversee all aspects of cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.

Manage the administration of construction contracts, including assessment of claims, variations, extensions of time, and payment certifications.

Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with TMR standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Provide project reporting through TMR’s 3PCM system (experience highly regarded).

Coordinate project team resources, ensuring collaboration and performance across delivery partners.

Maintain effective communication with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in contract administration and/or project management within the civil, transport, or infrastructure sectors.

Strong knowledge of TMR contracts, processes, and standards.

Experience using TMR’s 3PCM project management system (beneficial).

A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience

Must hold or be eligible for TMR CA02 prequalification under the Professional Services Contractor Prequalification System (PQS).
