Our client is a well-established National commercial builder with a strong pipeline of projects across commercial and industrial construction. Delivering projects up to $20M in value, their portfolio spans new build, refurbishment and fit-out, and they are recognised for quality outcomes, collaborative culture, and long-term client and subcontractor relationships.

This group has a turnover in excess of $200M, has a strong pipeline of future work and is on a strong financial foundation. they are targeting major growth in Queensland in the next few years, so you can develop your career as they expand.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their professional team and play a key role in successful project delivery.

The Opportunity

As a Contracts Administrator, you will support the Project Manager across all aspects of contract and commercial administration. Responsibilities include:

Preparing and administering head contracts and subcontracts

Procurement, tendering, and subcontractor management

Assessing and processing progress claims, variations, and reporting

Maintaining accurate cost control and project financials

Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

About You

To be considered, you will bring:

Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial head contractor in Australia

Construction Manager degree (or similar)

Project experience across new build, refurbishment projects

Sound knowledge of contract law, procurement, and cost management

Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively within project teams

Unrestricted Australian work rights, we aren't able to offer sponsorship on this occasion.
