About the Role
As the Despatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day despatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role combines logistics management with a focus on customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily despatch schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries related to deliveries.
• Collaborate with different internal and external stake holders in production, sales, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery dockets, and schedules.
• Monitor and manage despatch team performance, addressing any challenges.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and transport regulations.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in despatch, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in customer service roles is highly regarded
• Experience within the manufacturing or construction sectors is highly regarded.
