NTHA are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to come on board our client's team!
📍 Located in Dandenong South, VIC
🕘 Monday - Friday | 9am – 5:21pm
💰 $35 per hour | Full-time – 38 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join the Inventory Team based in Dandenong South. This hybrid role balances inventory control responsibilities with daily warehouse operational support, playing a critical part in driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Warehouse Management and Supply Chain teams, you'll manage stock volumes, investigate discrepancies, coordinate stocktakes, and contribute to the safety and performance of the site.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct stock cycle counts, and support annual stocktake

Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate stock adjustments

Monitor damaged/quarantined stock and manage secondary sales where needed

Assist with racking utilisation, layout planning, and warehouse zoning

Support outbound and inbound logistics including manifests, transport bookings, and goods receiving

Contribute to safety initiatives and participate in monthly site audits

Provide inventory data reporting, including reconciliation and WMS/ERP updates

Take part in broader warehouse duties as needed: picking/packing, replenishments, invoicing, etc.

Participate in continuous improvement and business projects

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

Previous experience in inventory or warehouse coordination

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite, High Jump highly regarded)

Forklift licence and/or Yellow Card (or willingness to obtain)

RF scanner experience

Excellent time management and communication skills

A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure

Certificate III in Warehousing Operations (desirable)
