About the Role

Join the buzz at The Old Clare Hotel, where heritage meets hospitality with flair. As our F&B Supervisor, you’ll lead a passionate team across the Rooftop Bar, Clare Bar, and In-Room Dining—delivering smooth service, unforgettable moments, and a vibe that keeps guests coming back. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold service standards, and support rostering, labour budgets, and training, all while inspiring a diverse team to deliver excellence every shift.

Skills & Experience

• One year of experience as a supervisor in a bar or cocktail setting is essential, showcasing your ability to deliver top-tier service.
• Cocktail knowledge is essential.
• Barista skills are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in conferencing and events is highly desirable.
• A positive attitude and a broad smile!
• A team player to help each other out!
• Enjoy engaging in 'hands-on' activities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a temperament to match.
• Passion for the industry
• The capability to work mornings & evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills that help you connect effortlessly with guests and colleagues alike.
