About Vitality Club
Vitality Club is an industry-leading aged care provider delivering high-quality, personalised, and holistic services to people with diverse lived experiences. We’re proud to stand out as a friendly face in care, grounded in respect, understanding, and our trademark streak of vitality.
We began as a community walking group and have grown into a multidisciplinary allied health and care team supporting clients across Sydney, the Central Coast, and Melbourne. Our services continue to evolve with the aged care sector, as we support clients funded through both CHSP and the new Support at Home Program. It’s an exciting time of growth and change, and we’re looking for passionate clinicians who want to grow with us.
The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. You’ll deliver evidence-based, person-centred interventions that help older Australians live stronger, safer, and more independent lives.
Working closely with our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Case Managers, you’ll play a key role in delivering holistic, meaningful care in clients’ homes and the community. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate eager to learn, you’ll find the support, autonomy, and development opportunities you need to thrive.
What You’ll Do
Deliver evidence-based, home and community-based exercise interventions across Sydney.
Prescribe and review exercise programs as part of holistic care plans aligned with client goals.
Conduct functional and clinical assessments, implement interventions, and complete timely reports.
Facilitate community and online group exercise classes promoting strength, balance, and wellbeing.
Liaise with GPs, Case Managers, and Allied Health colleagues to ensure cohesive, client-centred care.
Provide services to clients funded through CHSP and Support at Home programs, adapting to evolving models of care.
Contribute to team learning through in-services, knowledge-sharing, and professional development sessions.
Why You’ll Love It Here (Benefits & Perks)
Structured support: Comprehensive induction, mentoring, Team Leader guidance, and regular professional development.
Real flexibility: Autonomy to manage your schedule and a healthy balance between client visits and admin time.
Variety & impact: Work with diverse clients and conditions—falls prevention, chronic disease, mobility, and more.
Career growth: Develop your expertise across aged care and community health, with clear pathways to senior and leadership roles.
Culture that connects: Remote-first but genuinely social—annual retreat, Christmas party, and quarterly events (paint & sip, bowling, even trampolining!).
Competitive package: Fair remuneration and travel allowance.
