Exercise Physiologist - Community Allied Health (Bankstown / Liverpool / St George areas, Sydney | Office in Lidcombe)
Looking for a role where your exercise expertise makes a tangible difference in people’s lives?
This incredible Allied Health provider is expanding and seeking Exercise Physiologists to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Work with an organisation that partners with clients to deliver goal-oriented, evidence-based programs that genuinely change outcomes.
Flexible employment: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days). Hybrid working across the Bankstown / Liverpool / St George areas, with a supportive office base in Lidcombe.
The Role
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and exercise interventions for older adults and people living with disability.
- Varied caseload including: chronic and complex conditions (cardiometabolic, musculoskeletal, neurological), post-operative rehabilitation, falls risk assessment and prevention, pain management, functional capacity building, and more.
- Tailor your caseload to your interests (e.g., neuro rehab, metabolic health, persistent pain, hydrotherapy, group programs).
- Collaborate closely with Physiotherapists, OTs and the wider MDT; progress Exercise Physiology plans and contribute to case conferences.
- Hybrid work: mix of community visits, telehealth, and office days.

Requirements / Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent).
- ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- All experience levels welcome - from new grads to seasoned EPs.
