We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Sydney team in Artarmon.

In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee all inbound and outbound stock movements, manage onsite inventory, and champion safe work practices. You’ll lead a team of 8–10 seasonal casual employees during our busy peak periods. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a close-knit team, this is the role for you!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre ensuring effective coordination of logistics and adherence to service delivery objectives

Embed strategic initiatives and operational processes in line with key performance indicators across distribution, inventory management, staffing, and workplace safety to enhance efficiency and service delivery

Drive operational success by leading the teams, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasises teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ensure operations are in line with budgets and projections for seasonal workforce needs, warehouse capacity, and distribution meets forecasted demand

Drive a strong safety culture ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, company policy and audit requirements

Oversee the use and optimisation of the Warehouse Management System [WHS] to drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness through process alignment

Contribute to key cross-functional projects and change initiatives, fostering collaboration and innovation to enhance business outcomes

Proactively manage personal and team development, embedding Campion’s values and capability framework to elevate performance and professional growth

YOUR SKILL SET

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with excellent communication skills and experience in managing across all levels

Experience with high-volume distribution environments preferably within education or retail sectors

High level of proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems [WMS] and Microsoft Office

First Aid or Safety Office Certification preferred but not essential

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence essential

Forklift Licence [LF/LO] preferred

Working With Children Check [WWCC] essential
