Our client provides innovative products and services in the fields of furnaces, thermal, air pollution hydraulics, lubrication and dust control. They are looking to employ a experience Bookkeeper to manage all the company's accounts.

To be successful in this role you must have good attention to detail and previous Australian experience in a bookkeeping to trial balance

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable and Payable

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

Prepare end of month reports

Bookkeeping to Trial Balances

Maintain General ledgers.

Process supplier payments

Invoicing and Credit Control

Superannuation, Workcover, PAYG lodgement, GST, BAS, IAS etc

Experience Required:

Previous experience as a bookkeeper, with strong knowledge of MYOB.

Proficiency in financial record-keeping, reconciliations, and reporting

Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Produce monthly management reports

This position does not have an option for remote work or a hybrid role.
