THE ROLE:

  • Manage and direct inbound leads through HubSpot.
  • Track sales activity to ensure timely and consistent prospect engagement.
  • Fine-tune lead tagging and segmentation for better targeting.
  • Spot and resolve any gaps in communication or follow-up.
  • Assist in rolling out automated lead nurturing strategies.
  • Share insights and performance metrics on lead handling.
  • Work closely with leadership

WHATS REQUIRED:

  • Skilled in managing CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable interpreting sales data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Strong communicator who energises and supports team performance.
  • Solutions-focused with a drive for process improvement and accountability.
