About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager with a track record of running successful fashion retail businesses and developing great customer networks, to assist the business to grow.

Days of work: Tuesday - Saturday (full-time).

We need a Manager and team members that reflect the values of the brand and consistently exceed the high service expectation that is expected by our customers but is taken as a given by our people.

To join us in this role you will need

​Fashion management experience

An understanding of our brand and values

Experience working with KPIs and driving a business to success

Know how to motivate, develop and manage a retail team

Able to drive a business through controlling wage cost and stock control

Strong visual merchandising skills

Proven track record of high performing individual and team sales
