ICT Support Officer

At Clayton Church Homes, we’re a not-for-profit aged care provider with a proud history of supporting older South Australians. We’re seeking a proactive and approachable ICT Support Officer to join our Digital Transformation team and provide front-line technical support across our organisation.

About the role

As our ICT Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for staff needing help with technology from setting up new devices and troubleshooting issues to delivering system training and documentation. You’ll ensure our systems run smoothly and our people feel confident using them every day.

What you’ll do

Provide first-line IT helpdesk support across all CCH sites

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, and phones

Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365

Develop user guides and deliver training sessions

Assist with ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

Certificate or Diploma in IT or equivalent experience

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach

Ability to travel between sites and provide occasional after-hours support

(Desirable) Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and MDM software
