We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Engineer to join our technology team and drive digital transformation across our multi-locational educational operations. Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced ICT Support Engineer to bridge the gap between our business requirements and technical solutions. this role is responsible for providing onsite and remote support to operations of IT systems and applications in office and remote environments, either via phone, ticketing system and desktop support for IT hardware and infrastructure for internal staff and external clients.

Role Description

• Developing support procedures and strategies for systems, networks, operating systems, and applications

• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues

• Conducting root cause analysis to prevent future problems

• Installing new software applications and training clients on proper application use.

• Managing servers and network infrastructure

• Assisting in troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing and resolving system problems and issues

• Developing, conducting and providing technical guidance and training in application software and operational procedures

Technical Skills

Operating Systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Android, Microsoft 365

Network: TCP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Routers, Switch, APs, Printers

Video Conferencing /IP Telephony: MS Teams, ZOOM

Data Loss Protection: Antiviruses, Firewalls

Skills and Qualification required

• Master’s degree in related areas.

• Minimum 5 years of similar work experience is essential

• Effective stakeholder engagement along with critical thinking

• Strong business understanding and commercial acumen

• Problem solving and decision making

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Strong technical knowledge, related to system integrations
