About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic transport team based in Tamworth, NSW. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting and organising a great group of people in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a busy regional transport branch

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development

Maintain HR policies, compliance, and employee records

Provide practical advice and support on HR and workplace matters

Help build a positive and supportive team culture

About You

You’re an HR all-rounder who loves being organised and helping people

Experience in transport or logistics is a bonus – but not essential

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management

HR qualifications or solid on-the-job experience
